Each team member holds relevant childcare qualifications, including Paediatric First Aid Certification, and engages in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of early years education.

Lou Allen - Head of Nursery Operations
With over 20 years of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and early years leadership, Lou brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our setting. Having successfully run her own preschool, she is passionate about inclusive education and ensures that every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

Judy Cunningham

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education—and as a mother herself—Judy co-founded Nurture and Grow Childcare in 2024 alongside her brother and sister-in-law. She brings a deep understanding of the unique care and attention children need, especially those with additional needs. Her commitment to inclusion, quality learning, and creating a true ‘home from home’ shines through in every aspect of the nursery.

Tracey & Paul Doidge

Tracey and Paul are experienced therapeutic foster carers who understand the importance of emotional security and consistency in a child’s early years. Their nurturing instincts go beyond childcare—they also care for animals, keeping hens and bees at home, which inspires their love for nature and sustainability within the setting. Their values of compassion, patience, and holistic care are at the heart of everything we do.
